What are the qualities necessary to do your job ?

Without hesitation, patience is the first necessary skill. Nowadays, a weaver also needs to reinvent technics.

What would you advise to a new weaver?

To learn techniques and then get rid of it and to question it to go further.

What is the most difficult thing in your job?

To sell a product that is not a final product. To get into the creator’s consciousness to suggest a fabrics that will match with the final product he is conceiving.

What is the most rewarding thing in your job?

People’s pleasure when they see and touch my fabrics and when they ask « have you created this piece by yourself? »

What are your projects?

I start to receive more and more orders, I am very glad, the next step is to install my new workshop.

Which designers would you like to see on L’Envers du Décor ?

Ombre claire, I follow it since the beginning.
